About

Living in Newbury Hills

These are compact homes. County assessor living areas run from about 780 to 1,330 square feet, and the buildings stand on shared common lots rather than individual parcels. Each phase has its own association, Newbury Hills I and Newbury Hills II. The City Council accepted Ramona and Alessandro drives as public streets when it approved the maps.

Stagecoach Inn Park and the Stagecoach Inn Museum, at Ventu Park and Lynn roads, are a few minutes' walk to the southwest, and the US 101 interchange at Ventu Park Road is just to the north. Farther east along both streets is Marlborough Hills, a larger tract of attached homes recorded in 1977.

The lay of the land

Two phases of compact 1970s condominiums on Ramona and Alessandro drives, both public city streets. Stagecoach Inn Park and the Stagecoach Inn Museum are a few minutes' walk away, and the Ventu Park Road interchange on US 101 is close by. CAL FIRE's 2025 local-area hazard map shows the site as non-wildland.

Marlborough Hills, the larger condominium complex farther east on Ramona and Alessandro drives, is a separate association and is not part of Newbury Hills.
