County records list most of them at one of four sizes between about 3,000 and 3,600 square feet, and most lots run a quarter to half an acre. City records list Community Property Management as manager of the Rosewood HOA.
About 139 acres of the original tract now belong to the Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency as part of Ventu Park Open Space, with trail access at Regal Oak Court and Lynn Road. The Rosewood Trail climbs to Angel Vista, a 1,603-foot overlook, and the Stagecoach Inn Museum is just across Lynn Road.
