About Newbury Hills I

Landowner Larry Sade signed the map, which Jensen-Johnson-Ritter & Associates of Ventura prepared under the title 'for condominium purposes.' Assessor records give living areas of roughly 780 to 1,180 square feet, and most units are listed at about 800. The buildings stand on shared common lots, and the map gave up direct vehicle access from those lots onto Ventu Park Road, so residents use Ramona Drive, a public street. Stagecoach Inn Park and the museum are a few minutes' walk to the southwest, a mobile home park borders the phase to the south, and the Park Lane Town Homes lie to the north.
