About

Living in Conejo Creek

The layout is very uniform. The map divides the land into 135 building lots of four units each, and county assessor records put every unit between about 810 and 903 square feet. The streets are named in Spanish for gems and precious metals: Paseo Esmeralda, Calle Diamonte, Calle Zafiro, Calle Turquesa, Paseo La Perla, Avenida de la Plata and Avenida del Platino. The original map dedicated them to the city, so they are public streets, not private lanes.

One association, Conejo Creek HOA, covers the whole tract, and city records list RMP Services, Inc. as its management company. Stores on Ventu Park Road and a northbound 101 on-ramp are at the east edge, and the Rancho Conejo Playfield trailhead into the Arroyo Conejo open space is a short drive away. CAL FIRE's 2025 maps show most of the complex as Non-Wildland, with a Moderate zone touching a few units on Avenida del Platino.
