About

Living in Los Robles Estates

Most of the private streets are named for well-known golf clubs: Pebble Beach Drive, Spyglass Lane, Indian Wells Lane, Westchester Lane, Maidstone Lane and Cherry Hills Court, plus a few townhomes on Greenmeadow Lane. The townhomes were mapped as condominiums and run about 1,700 to 2,350 square feet. The single-family homes line Cherry Hills Court beside the golf course.

City records show PMP Management running the Los Robles Estates HOA, which covers the townhome section. The Oaks mall is about half a mile northeast across the freeway, and Walnut Grove Park, the Walnut Grove Equestrian Center and the Los Robles and Hope Nature Preserve open spaces are all close by. Nearby public schools include Madroña, Acacia, Redwood Middle and Thousand Oaks High.

The lay of the land

Private streets named for famous golf clubs, behind shared gates, with fairway views along the Los Robles Greens course and some freeway noise near the 101. The city's 2025 fire hazard map rates the northern townhomes mostly non-wildland, while the southern blocks and Cherry Hills Court are mostly Moderate to High.

Not to be confused with Los Robles Townhomes HOA (Tract 2223) or Los Robles Hills Estates HOA (Tract 1810). Those are separate associations elsewhere around the Los Robles Greens golf course in Thousand Oaks. Here the association called Los Robles Estates HOA covers the townhomes, and the single-family homes sit outside it.
