Nearly every street has a Spanish "Calle" name: Clara Vista, Posadas, Las Colinas, Alta Vista, Mazatlan, Linda Vista, Valle Vista, Mira Monte, Buena Vista and Loma Vista. Cayo Grande Court and part of Lesser Drive complete the map. Homes mostly run from about 1,600 to 3,000 square feet. The Oakridge Estates Community Association covers the tract, and city records list PMP Management as its manager. Pepper Tree Playfield, a 22-acre park the Conejo Recreation and Park District acquired in 1977, lies inside the tract boundary. Open space runs along the north, east and south edges. Much of the neighborhood is mapped as a Very High fire hazard zone.
