County assessor records list the houses at about 2,700 to 4,000 square feet, on lots of roughly 0.15 to 0.4 acre. The tract map shows the streets as a private common lot. Hickory Park is about a third of a mile south across Lynn Road, and Banyan Elementary is close by. The county's fire hazard map puts the neighborhood in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone.
