About

Living in California Oakbrook

Homes line Giant Oak Avenue, Springhaven Avenue, Daybreak Circle, Blair Court, Meadowglen Court, Twin Falls Court and the 1600 block of Ramona Drive. MLD Partners signed the first map, Tract 4255, in 1990. Kaufman and Broad's Tracts 4892 and 4988 came later, and Tract 4988 re-mapped four of the original lots. County records list 103 of the 112 houses at one of four sizes, from 1,811 to 2,600 square feet, in both one- and two-story versions.

City records show one association, the California Oakbrook HOA, covering all three tracts, with Gold Coast Association Management as its manager. Meadowglen Court, Twin Falls Court and part of Blair Court are private streets. Stagecoach Inn Park and its museum sit at the southeast corner, and the newer Oak Terrace tract lies between the neighborhood and Ventu Park Road. CAL FIRE's 2025 map classes the area as non-wildland.
