Living in White Oak
The 57 townhomes sit between Cochran Street and the freeway, on lanes named for artists such as Manet, Rothko and Nevelson, and that tract is the one usually called simply White Oak. Across the freeway, White Oak Creek's 169 houses line flower- and nature-named streets between Cochran Street and Mount Sinai Drive. Farther east, near the top of Kuehner Drive, are the 66 Savannah Oaks townhomes and the 24 houses of Pacific Royal Oaks on private Canyon Oaks Drive.
There is no master association, and each community has its own HOA. The Hummingbird Creek Trail starts where Kuehner Drive ends and connects to the Rocky Peak Trail. Happy Face Hill's big smiley face looks down on the 118 beside Savannah Oaks. Verde Park on Nelda Street is less than half a mile south of the townhomes, and White Oak Elementary and Simi Valley High School are nearby.

In home sales, the name White Oak usually refers only to the 57-unit townhome tract. This guide uses it for that tract and the three communities around it.
