Six short courts branch north from it (Abbeywood, Briarhurst, Ellington, Glenhurst, Keswick and Radford), lined with detached homes of about 1,700 to 2,400 square feet on lots of roughly 3,900 to 6,800 square feet. The Simi Valley YMCA sits just south of the condos on Cochran Street, and Sycamore Elementary, Garden Grove Elementary and Sequoia Park are all within about a kilometer.
