Tract 4255 is the largest of California Oakbrook's three tracts, with 67 homes on Giant Oak Avenue, Springhaven Avenue, Daybreak Circle, Blair Court and the western part of Ramona Drive's 1600 block. MLD Partners, with Meeker Land & Development as general partner, signed the map, recorded in September 1990. The houses went up in 1996 and 1997.

California Oakbrook is a neighborhood of 112 single-family homes in Newbury Park, south of Newbury Road and just west of Ventu Park Road. Its lots come from three tract maps recorded in 1990 and 1996, and county records date every house to 1996 or 1997. Kaufman and Broad Coastal Valleys signed the two 1996 maps as owner.
