About

Living in Westshore

Its four streets are Westshore Lane, Wimbledon Circle, Clippers Circle and Center Court Drive. All of them are private, and the tract map was drawn for condominium purposes, with the Westshore HOA looking after the shared grounds. County assessor records put the homes between about 1,540 and 2,140 square feet, and local guides describe most of them as single-story.

About 20 houses line the lake side of Westshore Lane, and local real-estate guides note private docks on those lots. The rest face the interior streets, so prices vary widely within the neighborhood. Westlake Plaza's shops and restaurants are around the corner.
