Living in Village Green
The units sit along three interior streets: Landsburn Circle, Instone Court and Kirkford Way. They are small by Conejo Valley standards. County assessor records put them at roughly 840 to 1,020 square feet, and listings show one to three bedrooms. Greenbelts run between the buildings and connect two community pools and a basketball court.
The Village Green HOA lists Gold Coast Association Management as its manager in city records. Village Glen, its neighbor to the west, is a separate association whose tract map was recorded the same day. The shops and restaurants along Agoura Road are close enough to walk to.
