The homes are two-story and run about 2,200 to 2,570 square feet. County building footprints show 19 detached houses and 11 buildings that each hold two homes. All of them sit on private drives (Lakeport, Shoreview, Breezeport and Bayshore), not city streets. The map, Tract 50062, set the community up as a townhome condominium project with common areas owned by the association. It also gives public agencies access over the drives to the Westlake dam spillway.
The Westlake Athletic Club is next door, and the lake is just to the north. Local agents describe open floor plans with island kitchens and high ceilings, small yards and tight guest parking. Nearby Las Virgenes Unified schools include White Oak Elementary, Lindero Canyon Middle and Agoura High.
