About

Living in Northshore

The homes are attached, single-story and split-level. County assessor records put them between about 1,140 and 2,080 square feet, and about nine in ten are under 1,650. The tract map drew Northshore Lane, Lakeridge Lane, Lakewood Place, Northlake Circle and the Shoreview courts as private driveways rather than public streets. The Northshore HOA keeps a residents-only beach and boat docks on the lake, and realtor profiles also mention a pool.

The shops and restaurants at Westlake Plaza are a short walk away. Nearby public schools include Westlake Elementary, Colina Middle and Westlake High in the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Don't mix it up with North Shore at Sherwood, which is a separate association at Lake Sherwood.
