About

Living in Annandale

Most of Annandale, 292 homes, belongs to the Annandale Townhouse Association. This section follows Conejo View Drive between the Canwood Street business strip beside the 101 and the Agoura High School campus, and Chumash Park sits just north of its Argos Street end. A separate association of 56 condos, which the city's HOA map calls Annandale HOA, is a few blocks north on Oakpath Drive near Kanan Road and Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

The two sections share most of their floor plans: two- and three-bedroom units of roughly 920 to 1,240 square feet. Agoura High, Chumash Park's ballfield, playground and multi-purpose fields, and the shopping centers on Kanan Road are all within walking distance.

The lay of the land

Annandale has two separate homeowners associations. Oakpath Drive also continues west of Kanan Road through single-family tracts built in the 1980s, and those homes are not part of Annandale.
