The tract covers about 2.7 acres, and the city lists Ross Morgan & Company as the homeowners association's management contact. Real-estate listings call the complex Meadow Ridge Condos.
A shopping center at 5801 Kanan Road separates the complex from Kanan, and The Lakes condominiums on Skyview Way border it to the north. Sumac Park and Chumash Park are each less than half a mile away in a straight line, across Kanan. On the state's 2025 fire hazard map, as posted by the city, most of the complex is in a Very High zone and its western end is in a High zone.

Who represents you: The five councilmembers serve staggered four-year terms, and each year the council picks one of them as mayor.
