Construction moved from east to west. The eastern phases were finished in 1973, a middle phase in 1975, and the western end near Argos Street in 1976. That last stretch includes 48 units on their own 4.8-acre lot, mapped as Parcel Map 6414. Nearly every unit has two baths and one of four plans: two bedrooms at about 930 or 981 square feet, or three bedrooms at about 1,149 or 1,242. The Annandale Townhouse Association, Inc., managed by Lordon Management, looks after the grounds. Chumash Park is just north of the Argos Street end.

Westminster Development Co. mapped it as two tracts while the area was still unincorporated county land. The homes went up between 1972 and 1976 along Conejo View Drive, Argos Street and a short stretch of Oakpath Drive.
