Annandale HOA (Oakpath Drive)

Annandale's smaller section is a 56-unit condominium complex on Oakpath Drive just east of Kanan Road, where the street meets Medea Valley Drive near Thousand Oaks Boulevard. Westminster Development Co. recorded it as Tract 31005 in August 1971, and the homes were completed in 1972, which makes it the oldest part of Annandale.

The single-family homes on Oakpath Drive west of Kanan Road come from later tracts built in the 1980s and are not part of this complex.

Annandale is a condominium townhome community of 348 homes on the east side of Kanan Road in central Agoura Hills. Westminster Development Co. mapped it as two tracts while the area was still unincorporated county land. The homes went up between 1972 and 1976 along Conejo View Drive, Argos Street and a short stretch of Oakpath Drive.
