Living in Los Robles

Each tract has its own character. Los Robles Hills Estates is a gated group of 27 mostly single-story homes on lots of about an acre, and the 214-unit Los Robles Townhomes sit off Greenmeadow Avenue. Carriage Square Estates added 116 mostly two-story homes in 1979, and Hillsborough's 87 houses filled in during the 1980s. Los Robles Estates, across the course on Pebble Beach Drive, uses the 91320 ZIP and has its own page.

The 358-acre Los Robles Open Space has its main trailhead at the end of Moorpark Road and a whole-access trail off Greenmeadow Avenue, and the Los Padres Trail climbs from Los Padres Drive to meet the Los Robles Trail near the ridgeline. Nearby public schools include Acacia Magnet School for Enriched Learning, Colina Middle School and Westlake High School.
