The Los Robles Townhomes HOA, managed by Gold Coast Association Management, keeps up the grounds, pools, spa and playground, and dues were about $572 a month as of fall 2026. The lanes have no gate, and the main Los Robles Open Space trailhead is a short walk away. Some listings label units here as Los Robles Estates, which is a separate community across the golf course.
