About Wood Ranch Senior Condominiums
The units sit in six elevator buildings with key-card entry. Shared spaces include a pool and spa, barbecue areas, a fitness room, a card room and a recreation room with a kitchen. A locked side gate lets residents walk straight to the shopping center. The complex fills the western part of the specific plan's Planning Unit 8A, where a 1997 amendment, revised in 2003, allowed up to 206 senior units. The plan's 2003 table listed these 58 units as still to come and 148 senior units on the eastern part as already built.
