About The Greens
The maps set the community up as a condominium project, so the assessor records each house as a condominium on a parcel of about 3,900 to 8,900 square feet. Homes run about 1,420 to 1,990 square feet, nearly all of them two-story. Residents have gated entries, tennis courts and access to the village's private lake. The two tracts match the specific plan's Planning Units 18 and 20, planned for 77 and 43 homes.
