About 100 of them are condominium units of about 1,190 to 1,840 square feet on short lanes such as Sonata Way (Cantrice Court), Jubilee, Lariate and Hedgerow. The detached homes run about 1,460 to 3,640 square feet. Brademas Court (Ridgemont) and Sedgeworth Court were built in 1990, and Cranmont, Cliffhollow and Arvada courts have larger homes from the mid-1990s. The specific plan required the developer to provide the school site and to have the school under construction before the 251st building permit in the later Long Canyon phases.
