About Laurelwood
The assessor classifies all 39 as condominiums and records no lot acreage, so the homes appear to be held as detached condominiums. The parcels drawn around them cover about 3,700 to 8,300 square feet, and the homes run about 1,940 to 2,420 square feet. The name is also spelled 'Laural Wood.' The enclave is separate from the Laurelwood section of Long Canyon around Laurel Wood Court. It matches the specific plan's Planning Unit 13, a 7.1-acre block planned for 39 homes.
