The county maps those lanes on one parcel map together with Hazelwood Way and Geranium Lane, where 46 more units use the same three floor plans. That would put the complex at about 155 units, though home sales on those two streets do not use the name. Plans run from one-level two-bedroom flats of about 1,150 square feet to two-story three-bedroom townhomes of about 1,800 square feet. Residents share a pool and spa among greenbelts and walking paths. The specific plan shows a 12.6-acre high-density block planned for 156 units, Planning Unit 6, in this spot, which supports the larger count.

Wood Ranch, Simi Valley
Wood Ranch is the master-planned community in Simi Valley's southwest corner, laid out around the private Wood Ranch Golf Club. Olympia/Roberts Co., whose general partner was Robert Levenstein's Roberts Group, recorded the first tract maps in 1983, and most homes went up between 1985 and 2000. Outside Long Canyon, county records count about 2,550 for-sale homes, plus several apartment communities.
