Country Club Village is the northern and most built-up part of Wood Ranch, along Madera Road and Country Club Drive above the golf club. The specific plan made it the community's urban center, with attached homes grouped around courtyards, the 8-acre shopping center and the fire station, now Station 44. The plan gives it 382 acres, 215 of them for the golf course and clubhouse, and 1,561 homes plus 206 senior units, the highest density in Wood Ranch.

About Country Club Village
Olympia/Roberts Co. recorded the master map, Tract 3513-1, in August 1983, the first Wood Ranch map, and the village association followed in 1984. About 510 for-sale homes sit inside it, mostly condominiums: the Marlborough Country Villas, Village on the Green, the gated 55-plus Wood Ranch Senior Condominiums, the gated Laurelwood cluster and Century Communities' 2018 Pinnacle townhomes. The plan's village also takes in Regalia and The Fairways west of the course, and several apartment communities and the shopping center mean many residents can walk to shops and restaurants.
