It holds the gated Summerside condominiums on Bannister Way and compact homes of about 1,300 to 1,740 square feet on Hooper Avenue and Yarrow Drive, which the assessor records as condominiums. Detached homes of about 2,200 to 3,700 square feet line Granite Hills, Grass Valley and Winncastle streets. The largest, at about 3,000 to 4,200 square feet on lots near a third of an acre, are on High Meadow and Sycamore Grove streets.
