Sycamore Canyon Village
Sycamore Canyon Village covers the south side of Wood Ranch, in the upper flats of Sycamore Canyon along Wood Ranch Parkway. The specific plan made it the family village, screened from the others by natural ridges, with the most residential land of the four villages, about 259 acres, and 1,194 assigned units. The Roberts Group VII recorded its three main tract maps in 1988 and 1989, and county records date its roughly 1,070 homes to 1989 through 2000.
