Three village associations are registered with the state: Wood Ranch Country Club Village Association (1984), Wood Ranch Lake Park Village Association (1985) and Wood Ranch Sycamore Canyon Village Association (1989). Home sales often call the village association the 'Wood Ranch HOA.' Many enclaves have their own associations as well, including The Club at Wood Ranch Condominium Owners' Association, Marlborough Country Villas Homeowners' Association, Summerside Condominium Owners' Association, Wood Ranch Senior Condominium HOA, Rancho Madera Homeowners Association and Pinnacle at Wood Ranch Community Association. The specific plan assigns upkeep of private open space to a 'Wood Ranch Homeowners Association' and public open space to the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District. (neighborhood association)

About

About Tract 4313

Homes run about 2,660 to 5,800 square feet, most of them two-story, on lots with a median of about 14,300 square feet. Building continued in stages until 2005. The map records easements held by the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation, whose library grounds lie just to the west. The tract sits on the north side of Madera Road, just outside the Wood Ranch Specific Plan boundary, which follows the road's centerline, so the plan's housing counts leave it out.
