About Trend
Larwin–Southern California, Inc. is the owner on the map, which Simi Valley's new City Council approved in March 1970, a few months after the city incorporated. County records list every house as one-story, typically about 1,000 to 1,500 square feet, on lots of mostly 6,500 to 8,500 square feet. There is no HOA, and Crestview Elementary and Hillside Middle School are each a few blocks away.
