County records date the houses to 1961–62, most about 1,200 to 1,700 square feet on lots of roughly 7,900 to 9,600 square feet. In July 1962 Scale Homes, Inc., a company sharing an officer with Family Realty, re-mapped one lot here and one in Tract 1165-3 as Tract 1460, five lots facing Gibson Avenue.
