About Brown-Livingston Subdivision
Most lots are close to 20,000 square feet, which is unusually large for the Los Angeles Avenue corridor, and homes run about 1,200 to 2,300 square feet. KB Home's Beltramo Ranch is next door, and the late-1970s and early-1980s Buttercreek tracts lie just to the west. The subdivision name survives on the county's recorded map rather than in everyday use.

These come from the district's own data, not from this site. Assignment goes by address, and districts change boundaries and run choice and transfer programs. Confirm with MUSD School Locator, or check an address here.
Downtown Moorpark, Moorpark
Downtown Moorpark is the city's original town center. It runs from Charles Street and the High Street rail station south across Los Angeles Avenue to the Arroyo Simi. The townsite was mapped beside the railroad in 1900, and the area filled in over the next century, from early cottages and 1950s tract streets to condo complexes and small-lot communities built since 2000.
