An HOA maintains the yard landscaping, and a paseo trail connects the homes on Beltramo Ranch Road and Arroyo Run to the City's Glenwood Park.

Downtown Moorpark is the city's original town center. It runs from Charles Street and the High Street rail station south across Los Angeles Avenue to the Arroyo Simi. The townsite was mapped beside the railroad in 1900, and the area filled in over the next century, from early cottages and 1950s tract streets to condo complexes and small-lot communities built since 2000.
