About

About Wright Ranch

Simi Valley Land and Improvement Corp. recorded that first unit, which has no tract number, and five numbered units through 1960, and Investor's Enterprises, Inc. mapped the two Rebecca Street tracts that are also sold as part of Wright Ranch. Angela through Helene streets run in alphabetical order. The original maps note that rights to oil, gas and minerals more than 500 feet down had been reserved by earlier owners. Homes began at roughly 1,100 to 1,200 square feet on lots of about 7,000 square feet, and many have been enlarged.
