About Tract 2025 (Units 1–6)
Part of the land had been mapped in 1964 as Lesser Development Corp.'s Tract 1517, but most of those lots were reverted to acreage in 1969 and redrawn. Valiant Investment Co. recorded Units 1 to 3 in May 1969 (Larwin Company joined on Unit 3), Larwin Development Corp. recorded Units 4 and 5 that summer, and The Larwin Group, Inc. recorded Unit 6 in 1970. Assessor records show plans of about 1,160 to 2,035 square feet on lots of roughly 5,000 to 6,500 square feet. Sequoia Park and Garden Grove Elementary sit among its streets; Larwin's Unit 7 is covered under Tempo.
