About

About Tracts 1938–1941

The Ventura County Board of Supervisors approved all four maps, Tracts 1938, 1939, 1940 and 1941, shortly before the city incorporated; Valiant Investment Co. joined Larwin on the first. Assessor records show plans of about 1,230 to 2,130 square feet on lots of roughly 6,500 square feet, and a Castlemont Court home for sale in 2026 was a two-story 1968 house with no HOA dues. Meadowbrook's townhomes are just west, and Santa Susana High is across Cochran.
