The map dedicated equestrian easements and gave the lots along First Street no driveway access to it. Lots run from just under half an acre to about 1.6 acres, with homes of about 2,050 to 4,950 square feet. Mellow Lane continues east across First Street into Bridle Path, a separate neighborhood.
