Coventry Ridge

Coventry Ridge holds 81 homes east of Sinaloa Road on Bluegrass Street, Aqueduct Court, Forelock Court and the nearby blocks of Valley Gate Road and Stonebrook Street. The Lyon Warmington Associates, a partnership of the William Lyon Company and Warmington Homes, recorded the map (Tract 2949) in June 1987, and the houses date from 1989–90.

Lots run from just under half an acre to about three-quarters of an acre. County records show homes of about 2,000 to 4,700 square feet, most of them two-story. A Sinaloa Road home offered in 2026 was described as horse property and carried two association charges. Lusk Homes, which laid out the older streets to the west, held a deed of trust on the land when the map was recorded.

Coyote Hills, Simi Valley

Coyote Hills is the foothill neighborhood around Coyote Hills Park in southwest Simi Valley, between Wood Ranch and First Street on both sides of Sinaloa Road, just south of Sinaloa Lake. Stonecraft Homes and Lusk Homes recorded the first tract maps in 1977–80, the last map came in 2001, and county records count about 560 homes.
