About Villagio

Units run about 1,040 to 1,550 square feet, some on a single level, so buyers can live in Mountain Meadows without buying a detached house. The association, Mountain Meadows Villagio, charges roughly $400 to $445 a month in recent sales, which covers a pool, spa, barbecue area and grounds care. Mira Bella's larger townhomes, mapped the same day as Tract 4637-2, are next door to the south.
