Tract 3864

Tract 3864 is the row of 'glen' cul-de-sacs on the north edge of Mountain Meadows, from Autumnglen and Forestglen to Honeyglen and Summerglen courts, just south of Arroyo Vista Community Park. It was recorded on June 29, 1983, with the first Mountain Meadows maps, and its 160 two-story homes went up in 1984 and 1985.

Most houses are about 1,800 to 1,970 square feet on compact lots of roughly 4,300 to 6,600 square feet, among the smaller detached homes in the community. A 2026 sale on Honeyglen Court lists the association simply as Mountain Meadows, at $145 a month, with a pool and clubhouse. No subdivision name for these courts is in common use, though a 2026 listing on Honeyglen Court gave it as Creekside.

Mountain Meadows, Moorpark

Mountain Meadows is one of Moorpark's largest neighborhoods, with about 2,400 homes in the southwest part of the city between the Arroyo Simi and the city limits, on both sides of Tierra Rejada Road. Ventura County approved it as a 2,500-unit planned community, PC-3, before Moorpark became a city in 1983. UWC-Moorpark Investors recorded the tract maps from 1983 to 1995, and the houses went up from 1984 to 1998.
