About

About Belmont

Plans run about 1,940 to 2,700 square feet, with a few larger, on lots of roughly 4,400 to 7,900 square feet. A landscaped buffer park separates Shadyridge Drive from Dalaway Drive in unincorporated Home Acres. It was created under a 1989 city-county agreement, and its vehicle gates open only for emergencies such as an evacuation. Officials held a community meeting about the gates in August 2026. Belmont is part of the city's West Ranch area, and its association, Mountain Meadows Belmont, shows dues of about $185 to $195 a month.
