About

About Tract 4001

Most plans are about 1,800 to 2,000 square feet, small for the neighborhood, on lots of about 4,400 to 6,100 square feet. The smallest model matches the one used in the glen courts of Tract 3864. In 1988 a separate map, Tract 4338, re-divided one of the tract's large lots into the Riverglen, Alderglen and Brookglen streets next door.
