About

About Buttercreek (Mountain Meadows)

Most homes are two-story, about 2,500 to 3,200 square feet, on lots of roughly 6,500 to 8,300 square feet, and a few plans are single-story. Home sales give the subdivision as Buttercreek/Mtn. Meadows and the association as the Buttercreek Homeowners Association, about $165 a month in 2026. That name sets it apart from the older Buttercreek tract north of the Arroyo Simi. The city's Williams Ranch Road landscape zone covers 129 of its lots and pays for parkway planting beside the Peach Hill drain channel.
