About Park Lane
Assessor records list three townhome sizes of about 1,190, 1,400 and 1,540 square feet, in two-story buildings. The tract map made the whole project a single 5.18-acre lot, so there are no private yard lots; the Park Lane Owners Association holds the common areas. It is a different association from Park Lane West elsewhere in Simi Valley.
