About

About Belwood Estates

Assessor records put most homes at about 1,430 to 1,710 square feet on lots of roughly 8,000 to 10,000 square feet. Big Springs Elementary is on Big Springs Avenue, and Kadota Street keeps the name of the 1920s fig-farm land sale the lots were cut from. There is no HOA. Homes here are sold under the name Belwood, which is also used for the 1980 houses on El Paso Avenue.
