About Tioga at Big Sky
County records show three floor plans of about 2,350, 2,500 and 2,670 square feet, and sales began in August 2005; at least one house was a former model. The lots come from Big Sky's first final map, Tract 5182-C-1, recorded Dec. 31, 2003, with Shea Homes and D.R. Horton both named as owners, so the map doesn't show which of them built these houses. Streets are public and ungated. Owners belong to the master Big Sky Association; no separate village association is known.
