About Glenmeadow
Tract 5182-C-6 was recorded in May 2005 with Acacia Credit Fund 9-A LLC as owner and Standard Pacific as lot optionee. Unlike the rest of Big Sky, its streets are private: the city holds only an access easement for public-safety agencies, and keypad gates mark the entrances. The same map set aside a large open-space parcel for the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District. First sales came in fall 2006.
