Homes here are sold as either Morrison East Meadows (Tackaberry Court, for one) or Morrison South Meadows (Saddlebrook Drive), with no fixed line between the two, so this page covers the whole tract. The houses have three or four bedrooms and mostly 2,400 to 3,300 square feet, on lots of about 7,000 to 11,000 square feet. About half sit on short cul-de-sacs such as Acanthus, Catherwood, Hollow Oak, Indian Ridge, Old Carriage and Woodcreek courts, off Rustling Oaks, Shadycreek and Saddlebrook drives. The map dedicated three flood-prone lots to the county for park purposes. Willow Elementary School is nearby on Laro Drive.

Morrison Ranch is a planned community of about 1,225 detached homes on the rolling land north of Thousand Oaks Boulevard between Reyes Adobe and Kanan roads, reaching north to the Oak Park line. Morrison Associates, a California limited partnership, filed its ten tract maps between 1978 and 1985, and the houses went up from 1979 to 1988.
