Those lots spread across streets such as Skelton Canyon Circle, Arrowhead Circle, Deepwood Drive, Cresthaven Drive, Larkfield Avenue, Upper Ranch Road, Fairmount Road and Golf Course Drive, mostly a half acre to an acre and a half. Northgate, Ben Johnson Fairway Homes, Club View, Fairgreen, Oak Place and Fairway Oaks were later carved from its larger lots. These streets have no sub-association of their own.
